    most dell today were made and assembled in china… and they still uses the old and less durable capacitors…

    Workers lousy facility is messy. Computers ordered to humiliation area that means this computers never high quality!.

    my friend bought a dell xps 600 from them many years ago. He spent many thousands for it. I helped him buy a much more powerful computer for much lower then the newer Dell model so he donated it to me. I would never buy a Dell (due to overpricing) but I do have to say the components are durable, the design was advanced with the custom cooling and component housings. Really an excellent machine that I am running VERY strong after all these years.

    dell alienware are crap, my laptop goes to base for repairs, since then there more faults with it aload of tosh lol

    I am customer of dell that has a broken 50 dell plasma TV underwarranty that Dell refuse to honor. They have sent a mojority of thier jobs overseas and your customer service might just be based in india. where i have yet to get resolve and had huge issues with but no one from the united states has contacted me to solve the issue. I have emailed the board of directors michael dell and many other executive that have failed to respond be cuase they do not care about ther customers or at least me

    @antchang Del has always built their power-edge and precision system st the headquarters in round rock, Texas. So i seriously doubt they would shut down ALL US Locations which would include the HQ
